Create an Account:

The dispute button is available in the interface with the results of the match for maximum 5 minutes after the end of the tournament

to start a dispute, the user must fill the contact email address and the details on the report page.

it is recommended to attach a photo or screenshot with the results of the tournament. it will help to resolve the dispute faster.

There are only 10 minutes to fill out the form on the report page - information about the dispute is not provided to third parties - the time of the dispute review is up to 5 days - money transactions for tournaments are frozen for the time of consideration of the dispute - the opponent will be notified of the dispute beginning via a push notification - the dispute decision will be sent to the specified email address. money transactions will be made in accordance with the decision
